Facilitation and Organisational Consultancy

Our role is to support you with processes and the opportunity to work with change to action the kind of differences you want to see. We aspire for you to see how your practices can align more closely with your values and purpose.

Over the years the Institute has worked with a wide variety of groups and organisations across the world and in all sectors of society including government agencies, third sector organisations, business, education, health, the churches and religious congregations.

The Institute has developed an approach to consultancy which is interconnected and holistic (systemic). Our methods are participatory, creative and experiential.

In the last 12 months we worked with a small third sector organisation in the field of homelessness to enable them to review and think through the next stage for a flagship project.
